Activating your Roku device with the activation code

After you buy a new Roku device, you cannot start watching your favorite shows right away. You must activate your Roku device to enjoy all that streaming through the device. You need an activation code to activate the Roku device.

To activate the Roku device, you must have a Roku account. You cannot activate a device without it. If you already have a Roku account and have another device linked to it, you can use the same login credentials to link your new Roku device. You can link any number of device to a single Roku account.

·         After you open the Roku page, click on create an account.

·         You will get an account creation form.

·         Complete filling up all the details on the form.

·         You should have a valid email ID to create a Roku account.

·         Confirm that you are above 18 years.

·         Accept the terms and conditions.

·         Confirm that you are not a Robot and click continue.

·         You will be prompted to set up a PIN to protect your account. You can skip this step if you do not want to.

·         When you move to the next page, you will have to provide the payment details.

·         Provide the card details and billing address and click on save and continue.

·         After you successfully create an account, close the window.

Linking your Roku account to your Roku device

·         Sign in to your Roku account with the login credentials you have created.

·         From the home page, click on Link an account.

·         If you are already existing user, click on link a new device.

·         Provide the activation code at Roku com link enter code space.

·         Click on Activate to complete the activation.

You can now enjoy all that streaming on your Roku device.
